For as long as we can remember, we have dreamed of owning a family restaurant, a place where people could gather, share great food, and create lasting memories. That dream became a reality with Pako's, and at the heart of our story is the golden rooster.
The golden rooster is more than just our symbol it's a tribute to my father and the legacy he left behind. It represents honor, family, and the values he instilled in all of us. I wear a golden rooster necklace that my father gave me, and all of my sons wear matching necklaces too. It's a reminder that family is everything, and that his spirit lives on in each of us and in everything we do here at Pako's.
